It broke the minute I tried to adjust the straps (which have more resistance than a gym arm machine, the faux leather doesn't budge), gear it was taped too tight and I spent twenty minutes unwrapping it. The zippers on the wings broke when I tried to get the stupid tape off. Worst packaging idea and my bag broke. It looked cute until I tried to at least unbox it.
