Not very bright, dim LEDs

The light looks great on my F350, but the LEDs are very dim, not bright at all, the tinted plastic means they barely illuminate the cargo area. The first one I received leaked and stopped working after just a few days. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and immediately sent me a new one, the second one was up to date.
