This lock is free! First, the instructions are in such small print that you need an electron microscope to read them. Second, resetting the combination is clumsy and you can tell the lock's inner workings aren't working smoothly. I was able to reset the combo (I think) but I was never able to block the damn thing again. The bolt refused to return to its original position. Even if I could get it to work now, I don't think I would be comfortable with it. The last thing I want to do is spend a day of my vacation trying to find bolt cutters to fit in my luggage. I asked Revain for a refund and they said they would refund my money but don't worry about getting the lock back. I suspect it costs them more to process the return than to block it. Thanks to Revane, but Eagle Creek should be ashamed of selling junk. Avoid this lock like Covid office.
