Review on Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner 150ml - Toner and Moisturizer for Softening and Moisturizing, Creamy and Milky Toner by Andrea Church

I love this creamy toner. On days when it's too hot, it acts as an ultra light moisturizer and a regular moisturizer would be too heavy. On days like this I combine it with a gel moisturizer and it's perfect. it also comes in handy in cooler weather, as clear, water-based toners sometimes don't seem to be effective enough, and this stuff is way more hydrating. This is a great step before applying serums and moisturizers to really get rid of dryness. I love it when the skincare products I have can be used in both hot and cold weather so it gets a thumbs up from me. I have slightly sensitive skin and the product didn't irritate at all. I recommend trying! I have enjoyed everything I have tried from this brand so far.
