I like that it was easy to learn; my colleagues were able too take their time, so we didn't have problems with being stuck! Other platforms are much more convenient than this one!! Maybe you need some people who will help out in different tasks. It is not necessarily something difficult or unpleasant as long as there's someone willing to give them support when needed. We solved our communication concerns because of these services at work so well organized, which enabled us to find new ways, to share with other companies from abroad, etc., I like the ease of use and the fact that it is very affordable. The audio quality is great and the software is very easy to use. I wish that there was a way to have more than one person in the call. We use it for training and meetings with clients. It has been very easy to use and has made our meetings more productive. It has also allowed us to reduce our travel costs.
