Great product, bolts to the factory holes on the ends of the one piece body and on the radiator cross member. Penetrates through the factory openings next to the fog lights, if equipped. On my 1998 Grand Cherokee I needed a 10mm socket and a 25mm torx driver. Removing the grille, 4 bolts, headlight, spacer and turn signals is very easy with just 1 bolt and 4 bolts. Pull out the plastic rivets in the front bumper cover, 12 of them, remove the bumper (Welcome to the Mad Max-like Jeep). Then you can assemble them, maybe 2-3 hours work. I added washers to the bolts for more confidence. Having tow points in these places is extremely useful in many situations. Then install in the reverse direction, you may need new plastic bumper rivets, if you're not careful you can get them at any parts store.
