I have gotten to wear this a few times and have now don't even notice it's being worn. I'm a pretty skinny male and this was able to shrink down to accommodate it for what I wanted. I buy dress shirts usually from brand stores that don't really fit my form as they are made for a majority of the population. What I wanted this belt to do is have my shirt stay tucked in and hold the extra material behind to make it look better on me like a custom shirt would. I think this accomplished just that. I used it once with a vest over my dress shirt and it made the shirt underneath look much more form fitting an attractive. The other time I just wore it with a bulky dress shirt I've kept for years and it worked great with that one as well. It also worked well at keeping the shirts tucked in all day, although if you are very active it tends to show if you have smaller dress shirts when stretching or moving around.
