I have worked with this firm for over 10 years, they are very professional when it comes to customer service, always willing to go above an beyond what you expect from them! They can do anything related IT/CIO-related that needs attention or help solving issues. Highly recommend!! Nothing at all really. The only thing i dislike about their services was pricing but then again there's nothing much else either. Their team has been able solve any issue we've had since day 1 which made us feel safe knowing our data is well taken care off by professionals who know how important security matters are. We were looking into cloud solutions (AWS) as part of digital transformation project. After meeting multiple companies offering similar products, BCP came out top because not just did they offer great price points compared to other competitors but also excellent support after sales too.
