Poor quality, the best in my rating
Falling apart and my 2 year old has only worn it twice. Once for Christmas photos and another for dance lessons. The sewing isn't the best, it's starting to fall apart. The "dress” looks like an elastic t-shirt with sewn-on tulle, resembling a tutu. save your money

- The elasticity is perfect. My daughter has just turned 336 pounds. Perfect dress for her size and color fits perfectly

- The dress may be too revealing for babies
