Large size. I'm 5'9 145lbs. I would like a smaller one, I bought a medium one. The arms are too short but the length of the robe itself is perfect. I just wish the arms were longer. Strands fall out, not too much, but some. I think Amy's towel is okay. Except that the arms are too short and the width of the whole robe is too wide, that's good. Feels like a towel, it's not "plush" but I'm not a big fan of "plush" towels. If the arms were longer I would love it even if it's too wide. When I tie it, one pocket in the middle is hidden inside, and the left pocket is in the middle outside.
