As a result of using this product, I found that it was ineffective in providing any real relief to my muscle tension. Despite its hefty price tag, the vibration intensity was weak and left me feeling unsatisfied. The only positive aspect was that it was compact and easy to use. However, the overall lack of effectiveness makes this product not worth the investment. As a health and household item, there are certainly better options available.
