Wrong size - ordered 12 pieces, received 7 pieces.
It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's a very, very bad shopping experience. I bought it as a gift to take abroad, when I opened it I found that although the bag was labeled 12 regular, the jeans were actually 7 regular. It's not about money, it's about the child's face when receiving a gift.

- My son loves these jeans. He is 10 years old and wears a size 12 but I ordered him a size 14 and they fit perfectly. I would buy it more often
Cons
- My 14 year old can't wear them because they are too small (length). Not true to size but two years too big.
