Review on Vicco Vajradanti Ayurvedic Tooth Powder by Rebecca Jones

Not for the casual oral health enthusiast.

It's incredibly chaotic, time-consuming and takes a lot of getting used to. But it works. If you're thinking of a dark brown herbal oral care solution (mud), chances are you probably need it. I have terrible gum problems, they have greatly reduced. This has been an incredible product for me. My daily routine is a bit behind for most people, but it works wonders for me: I start using the irrigator FIRST. (see note below) I then apply Vicco toothpaste. (equally amazing) Then I use this powder - I dip my finger in the powder and then rub it into the gum line (and I apply a lot of it), let it sit for a while. 5 minutes. Then add some water or mouthwash (I personally use Natural Dentist mouthwash), swirl it around for a minute or two, then spit out and rinse. The improvement is immediately noticeable for me with every application. You can literally see it removing plaque from your teeth. I usually use remineralizing toothpaste. I highly recommend. Products to "restore your gums" and didn't work, I have an advice. Buy an irrigator (they're all good, don't get hung up on which model to buy) and use it filled with quality freshly brewed green tea (I use the Stash brand). Also, order ozonated olive oil (or any other oil) and rub it on your gums after the rest of your oral care routine. I know it tastes gross, but it's INCREDIBLY healthy. No other product has given me the improvement that Green Tea at Waterpik and ozonated oil have.
