Great strap, terrible tool to adjust the strap.
The strap is nice (ideally 12mm), the clasp is comfortable, the tool to remove the spindles is fine but the tool to remove the pins to shorten the strap is bent and broke at the first turn of contact (they sent a replacement). The black plastic didn't hold the little stamp straight and was soft, mismatched metal, so I had to pay another $10 for a jeweler to adjust the strap for me.
