Review on Cherished Memories: Perfect Memorials Beloved Companion Cat Cremation Urn by Kellie Rose

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beautiful memorial house

Today I took the ashes of my child Tiberius and the urn appeared in a few hours. I had trouble choosing an urn but the reviews here helped me decide on this one. Tiberius was just a kitten (his date of birth is September 2014) and he had only been with us about 12 hours when I was told he had FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). I had previous experience of this disease and knew he had a terrible future and decided to put him to sleep (11/28/14). I didn't know how to memorialize this furry creature that won my heart so quickly with its tiny paws. I didn't want just a tin or a simple box. The AngelStar pet urn is great, it's an amazing way to keep your pet's ashes (or souvenirs) safe and healthy at all times. It's heavy enough not to accidentally tip over. The screw bottom ensures that nobody can accidentally spill the contents. There was plenty of room for his ashes (I kept mine in a cremation case for extra security, the jar was 2.5" x 1-3/4"), his necklace (he wasn't with us long enough to get it to wear, but I bought it myself) and a plush mouse to play and cuddle with all night. If necessary, there was still space for additional items. I haven't added any photos yet, I only have a few of them and yet I don't feel like looking at them. I took reviewer TinaF1971's advice and added a tag with his name and dates (brilliant idea Tina). This urn is a wonderful way to commemorate your pet, whether you've had them for 12 hours or 12 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place to keep your pet's ashes or souvenirs. Good night, sweet prince, Tiberius Kirk. rest in paradise. Sept 2014 - Nov 28, 2014 (The other item in the photo is a framed paw print made for me by my sister who is a vet. I highly recommend requesting a paw print from your vet.)
