They are always quick to respond with any queries I have had! Their responsiveness can't be beaten - they're super fast at getting things done (and usually do so without me having to ask!).

The software itself isn’t too difficult but setting it up was probably more complicated than we anticipated initially since our team of 3 wasn”?e used different tools previously which made learning new ones very confusing! We use them now as outsourced admin staff who provide us daily updates about all aspects that affect customers- this includes their status when waiting rooms open etc.. There's been no issues thus far however if you go into something expecting nothing then everything will work well enough :) Great communication skills from everyone involved plus great pricing structure makes working with these guys seamless & stress free!
