I bought this mask on a friend's recommendation. I recently had a facelift. My face will be swollen for months and the more I get back on track the more tired, puffy, hotter and uncomfortable I feel. The amount of evenly distributed cooling this product provides provides instant relief and a sense of calm. I see why this would be helpful for people with migraines. Some have commented on the size and fit. I have a very big one. I am a 39 year old female, 5'7. This doesn't say anything about my face size, but I think it would be difficult to find the perfect face mask for every face/head shape. It's certainly bigger than my face, but I think it helps provide more coverage. I lie on my bed when I use it and I also use an ice pack for my neck which helps keep the face mask in the right places for me. It fits your face very well, you just need to tweak it a little to get what you need. If you want the mask to be walkable, size may be an issue. But if you just want to relax and unwind for 20 minutes, the more the merrier. Highly recommended.
