As other reviews have mentioned this is definitely not worth the time it took to assemble and certainly a 6 year old would not have been able to assemble it as stated on the packaging, it was incredibly difficult for an adult to assemble and if you want to complete it, rest assured an adult is needed to complete. Then one day together (many hours later) it doesn't work, the chain gets stuck in three different places and we couldn't successfully pick up a ball and bring it up without it getting stuck in the way, let alone doing a full cycle of chains. Our family is very good at making complex toys, but we still couldn't get it to work. Very disappointing after all efforts
