Review on ๐Ÿ”ฎ MARBLEWORKS Marble Starter Set by Discovery Toys by Jason Hutchinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best marble walkway I've ever tried

I have a 4 year old son and three 2 year old sons. The year my oldest son turned 3, we gave him a marble run for Christmas. I picked the Marbulous this year because it was a little cheaper than the Discovery toy and seemed to have more ramp types. While the Marbulous isn't a bad toy, it's so unstable that any moderate play with it by overly excited two-year-olds can cause it to tip over and fall apart. They're too young to put it all back together and I had to keep building and rebuilding the marble fields, which frustrated me a lot. I tried the Discovery Marbleworks Starter Kit because other reviewers commented on its stability and I have to agree. After trying and liking the starter kit, I bought an ultra deluxe kit to go with it and put together a pretty challenging track for my kids. A week after installation it has never capsized and has not fallen apart. I recently tried picking up bits from another competitor, Imaginarium, which also has some cool stuff. Although I was able to assemble the two Frankenstein sets using certain pieces of PVC pipe, I would definitely choose the Discover toy over the Imaginarium toy, as the Imaginarium feels fragile and very unstable in comparison. If you're trying to decide between the three brands I mentioned, let my trial and error be your guide. I highly recommend the Discovery Marble Walkway!
