Waste of Money, Doesn't do Job Right

The strap is a disappointment. Although it has upgraded hooks, it's not strong enough to carry heavy luggage. It's also not durable as it starts to wear and tear easily. The adjustable belt isn't very useful either as it doesn't adjust easily. The only positive thing is that it's soft padded, but that's not enough to outweigh the product's weaknesses. Save your money and look for a better luggage strap.
