Works but child size has no drawstring.
We used these at Disneyworld for afternoon Florida thunderstorms. They got the job done but the kids' size ponchos had no drawstrings which was bad because the hood kept blowing off, drenching thrir heads with rain. There are ALWAYS sudden gusts of wind with these afternoon storms thst npow in almost daily. So a is a must. Other than that they worked ok.
