Arguably the best back brace I have ever used. The adjustable grommets are what really sets this product apart. Rather than relying on a single buckle like many other support systems, the Ergodyne uses two additional straps to lock and secure the support - and since this position varies from person to person, a custom fit is created based on your specific needs . More or less stress depending on the situation. Shoulder straps are optional but a nice touch for those who are "just in case"; but they are easy to detach and remove. Post COVID I was forced to return to my professional roots in my youth and now I have a labor intensive job. It saved a life. And a job board. (!)
