The worst shin pain eased

I had a stress reaction in my shin, which means I almost broke my shins due to too much impact and weak bones. I am an avid runner so I couldn't handle not running with an upcoming cross country season. I ordered these and they work much better than KT tape or compression socks. You can adjust their tightness to hold your shins steady. I have had almost no shin pain since while running even with my injury, but don't use it in place of rest. But I must say that after a month of everyday use the velcro no longer stuck to the fabric and I had to safety pin them in place. But I will have to get new ones soon.
