I started giving up hard waxing because of the exposure time, the pain and the general mess it caused. I was browsing through Revain a few days ago and decided to see what kind of wax is available. then i stumbled across it. I've never used sugar wax before, but I knew it must be 1000 times better than heating the device, adding wax, checking the temp, prepping the skin, applying, and ripping off. I was right! The thing is amazing, there's virtually no mess - and it washes off with water if there's any residue. I used this with MOOM reusable strips and WOW! They are simply hand washed with water and are also easy to remove. I let them air dry (which is pretty quick) and the cleaning was done! I've been practicing on my husband since I epilated about two weeks ago and didn't have enough hair. The removal was painless (as he claimed) and as you can see by the amount of hair he has it came off sooooo well and very smoothly. I'm really looking forward to the full body sugar wax! If you're thinking about doing it, do it. I have never used sugar and it was very easy. Yes, it's a little sticky, but if you're just applying it to your skin, it shouldn't be a mess. I don't quite understand why others say it's dirty - pearl wax is hell by comparison. I will never go back to that! Heat 10 seconds at a time, use a thick popsicle stick, apply a reusable strip and snap!
