Good sound like new. Build quality does not match the price

I am somewhat satisfied with the product. Might update if I have it for a while but for now the sound quality is amazing. I love it. The microphone works fine too - people on the other end of the call can hear me. The ear pads are too small for my ears. They fit well but are noticeably smaller than my previous cheaper headphones. They also get warm very quickly. It wasn't long before I started sweating around my ears (less than 10 minutes). Luckily the pads don't absorb sweat. I would prefer not to have the touchpad, just buttons. Sometimes my palm accidentally touches for too long and activates Google Assistant while trying to set up my headphones. Tapping doesn't work to play/pause music either. While swiping works for volume control (but only on my phone, it doesn't work when connected to my laptop). I recently had a problem with my headphones. For some reason sometimes when I connect them to my phone the sound changes. It's hard to describe. I can hear a bit of hissing in the background, and all the voices and music sound like they're an octave lower than they should be. Edit #2: Reduce the rating by another star. I've had these headphones for about 6 months now and the build quality is starting to show. They're still fully functional, but the price of this pair doesn't reflect the durability of these headphones. Everything still works, but there are some minor issues that are sure to get worse. First, the "fold" mechanism no longer holds them open. There used to be a noticeable "click"/shift between her full form and the flexing of her ears. Now they've loosened up enough to open and close casually. although it's no big deal. My other complaint is that the padding resting on your head is starting to loosen. The black leather material began to peel away from the headband, exposing the foam padding.

Pros
  • Flat and compact folding design. Convenient storage. These wireless earbuds feature soft ear cushions that fold neatly into two configurations. You can fold them up, perfect for storing in your office drawer or in the included carrying case. Or you can fold them flat and inward to create a compact bun that fits in jacket and tote pockets.
Cons
  • No instructions
