I used this product initially to try and burn more calories during my exercise. I am writing this review too early to tell if it is working for that purpose however it has also helped my posture and it's worked wonders on lower back pain. I can wear it while doing my chores around the house and doing mild exercise.As delivered, it came with an extender with 3 more rows of eyelets with the initial three rows which was helpful for me. I got XL or 2XL I don't remember which size specifically because im between the two sizes by standard, however with the extender it worked very well.
