A good seller offers a replacement for the failed amplifier. Not that. They installed a new antenna on the roof and ran a cable through the attic and then hooked it up to my TV and. That does not work! The antenna was pointed in the same direction as the other two working antennas on the roof. I installed one of these antennas for another TV a few years ago and it worked fine. So I hooked up the amp from the old TV and then the new antenna worked, which means they sold me a broken amp. It took several hours to install the antenna on the roof and then run the cable through the attic. I would ask for a refund for this defective product but hooking it up was hell and I don't want to start over because all I need is a working amp.
