The most helpful part of working with Spencer Stuart was their ability to identify my skills, strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc., as well as giving me suggestions of what they felt would be ideal for my career path in terms of skills I needed to improve upon. This helped immensely! As far as anything else goes, there wasn't really much. They were very quick to respond but not too pushy or intrusive at all. Very professional. We worked together to find out where we could best fit each other's needs and set up interview dates within 2 weeks.
