I like that it is really easy for me as an individual or small business owner to use this service with my family members in other states who are unable to easily come visit us here at home where we live.

Also, very simple process of sending funds from one bank account into another without having them go through our own separate financial institutions. Not many issues right now but can be resolved by contacting customer support team if needed. We have been using intermex over past 2 years to make transfers between two accounts which has worked well so far.
