I liked the price compared to the GoPro brand. Pairing was easy. It's a pain to connect every time you turn it on. I always have to fiddle with it to make it connect. If I just turn it on and try to turn on the camera, it doesn't work. If I turn on the camera and then turn on the remote and do nothing else, it never connects. I have to try to restore it and finally it connects and I can take photos and videos in all modes. The remote control battery lasts longer than the GoPro battery. When Wi-Fi is connected to the GoPro (which is required for the remote to function), the GoPro's battery only lasts about an hour, compared to about 2 hours without Wi-Fi. I have this because I can't see what's going on with the GoPro when I'm doing a motolog. The screen on the remote displays information on the GoPro's front screen. I can wear it on a strap around my neck and hold it in my hand so I can see the screen and know what the GoPro is doing. The company's website is not listed on the box or in the pairing instructions. So I don't know if I can download additional instructions somewhere. I wish I could just turn it on and use it without messing around with it for so long.
