Cheap hosting provider, easy enough even non techie people
- The price of this service.- It's very simple to use once you've set up one server from their customer care team.- Very fast-response time when I need help. Nothing yet! There are other competitors out there that offer similar services but not as cheap or as great as they should be. If you're looking for something cheap and quick then go with it. But if you want quality and reliability go elsewhere. They do however have better prices than most providers. Hosting my business website and sending mass mailings using MailChimp (which has been working well).

- Great support, even though we haven't had any problems in all these years since starting our site back at home office computer lab where everything is hosted locally through Windows 2008 servers running Apache2 / Ubuntu Linux operating systems; which was also done by us directly ourselves after being trained howto install/run them successfully without issues.) And no problem so far ever again here either while hosting sites online today still going strong now over 10+ yrs later
