Not just as pictured but still good!
The elastic waist is thin so it kind of cuts in but I added a belt to hide my lil biscuit roll.
It’s VERY full which was a wonderful surprise as I’ve had tulle skirts in the past be much flatter than the pics. It’s not as full or high quality as the pictures but still a great purchase and I would buy again!
