I bought this to replace another shower head I bought from Lowes (also available from Revain). The first one I bought was brushed nickel plastic and the shower nozzle finish looked fine, but the other parts were shiny chrome and ugly gray plastic. Really lazy product design. This one, on the other hand, is metallic, with a beautiful brushed nickel finish, brushed nickel metal fittings and beautiful, stylish stainless steel tubing. It seems to be consistently good quality. Installation was straightforward, of course, but instructions should probably have been included for people unfamiliar with these products. The overall look is nice, clean and modern. Fits perfectly in our modern bathroom. I only wish they would offer a square version.
