I bought this strap because I thought it would be better for hiking and less neck injuries compared to the small neck strap that came with my DSLR. Basically, it fits that bill. It has adjustments on the shoulder straps and camera straps, but I still couldn't get it to hold the camera above the waistline, which is uncomfortable when hiking. Maybe because I'm tall and slim. I also think it might be uncomfortable for busier girls as the straps can be uncomfortable if they fit over the chest. The quick release buckles are handy for putting the strap on and off, but I didn't like that I had a very small strap so I could wrap it around my wrist to secure the camera if I had to undo both buckles to get around keeping the camera away from my body for this particular shot. Overall I'll be leaving this strap for hiking use but will find something else for general camera use.
