Bought this summer dress for vacation. It's completely transparent. This will definitely only be used as a swimsuit cover. I think I misread the details. This is very sweet and pleasant stuff. I'm 5ft 5in, 160lbs and bought the medium. It fits me a bit but I definitely need a size up to wear over a swimsuit! Overall happy with it, especially for the price, but I had to send it back because it was too small to use as a case.
