I like how easy it was to create surveys, send them to my team members, receive results back from them in minutes! The customer service support is top-notch as well - they are always quick at replying to messages and help us solve our problems quickly. It's not perfect yet but we're working hard to improve their product every day. Try it if you need a simple way of getting your ideas heard by others within your organization. We want to know what issues people face across all levels in order for us to resolve these issues effectively. With the survey feature, users will have an easier time answering questions about different aspects affecting them (e.g., work environment, work hours).
