It's definitely the right idea but made out of the wrong materials. Treat ratings and reviews with a pinch of salt as they are far from accurate. Maybe they work well for roulette. But for hammers they are terrible. Plastic should not be used to hold items on a hammer. And shouldn't stick. If it were steel and could be bolted or welded to a hammer, it would be worthy. But if it's plastic, then it's garbage. The ties are useless. The glue doesn't hold. It even breaks when you screw it to the hammer. It will be cut immediately. I tried it and it didn't work. Don't buy that for your hammer. You will be very disappointed.
