She won't wear it.
The bodice of the dress is a mixture of swimsuit material and elastic plastic. It's really weird. The layer of fabric under the skirt is thin but coarse. My girlfriend doesn't even want to wear a dress and she LOVES dresses. I wouldn't buy it again.
