We wanted to keep our new 7.5 foot tall artificial flocked tree rather than taking it apart for storage. This cover was quite large and did a good job with the wood. Our tree is very full so we had to lift the lower branches a bit to get it to fold up. The zipper worked well, the thickness was sufficient. It is easy to work with without diluting. My son and I packed it up and used handles to carry it to the barn. One of the handles started to come loose from the lid which is why it didn't give 5 stars. It was only $20 so what the heck. If I win a few years, that's fine. I would recommend that you go a size slightly larger than you need if you have a full tree or a thinner one. This 9" cover was enough for my shaft.
