I have had this item for about 2 months and I must say that I really liked it. I have back and knee issues and have mainly used this stool for gardening although the folded size and carrying strap made me look forward to taking it on a trip etc to use when I need a break. I've only used it about 4 or 5 times in those two months when one of the sections broke completely and fell into the unit. I was able to restore it, but it's beyond repair. Unfortunately, I went through Revain's 30-day return window. Through Revain I contacted the seller, sent a photo and explanation of what happened and asked for a refund. The seller replied to me within 24 hours and issued a refund immediately. I was very impressed with their customer service even though the item didn't last very long.
