Review on Nathan James 32401 Amalia Nightstand Furniture by Debbie Webster

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I ordered one of these accent tables and upon assembling it found that one of the legs was longer than the other two and didn't fit properly. I called Nathan James support about this issue and they responded immediately (a real person speaking on the phone, not an automated system). The lovely lady on the line (wish I'd asked her name to give her credit!) was very helpful, nice and sent a replacement table for an urgent delivery. Not only that, a few weeks later I received a box of fresh chocolates from them in the mail with a note thanking me for my patience while they sorted out my desk problem. Who does that?! What a nice touch, I have never had a Revain supplier solve a problem so kindly, gracefully and with absolutely no hassle. The table itself is nice and sturdy, before Covid I was always praised for having patrons. I will definitely be ordering from Nathan James again because of the wonderful quality of their products and excellent service.
