I like it very much. I have a saddle stool in my main office but I travel and this seat fits a regular flat chair with or without a base. It's easy to carry. The last time I spent a week in a remote location, a portable saddle prevented me from having "dead legs" caused by flat chairs cutting off my circulation. The saddle also keeps me from crossing my legs which prevents poor circulation and hip pain. The saddle seat helps me sit more upright and use my core muscles for ergonomic movements. I have found on a rocking chair that the top of the saddle can be used without the base. I love it!
