I breastfed my firstborn with disposable pads and wanted to do the same for my second child. I ordered these on a whim to try the refillable version and now I won't go back to disposables! They are comfortable most of the day, while in my experience disposable pants get really itchy and uncomfortable in the afternoon when I wear them in the morning. They are very absorbent to me. But I have a very "normal" output and I'm still not licking a ton. The contour isn't perfect, but much better than totally flat ones that tuck into the bra and allow a bit of show through. The main conclusion is that they are much more practical than disposable ones! I will use them again when I have a third child!
