I regularly buy refilled cartridges. I was very impressed with the 9001 certification because I have represented many manufacturers and I know how difficult it is to get this certification. Unfortunately, one of my two-pack cartridges failed shortly after installation. Errors are part of the production, but true errors are determined by the manufacturer's reaction. This is an exemplary company that honors its guarantees. No running. My first email was answered within one business day. I was vague in explaining the error. They asked me for a more detailed description. It was very sensible. I did so and they promised accreditation and I didn't have to return the promotional cassette. The loan was booked a few hours later. I will buy from them again. I appreciate their ethics and procedures.
