I first bought these bins for a very unexpected purpose: I live in a "planned community" that has three dog parks. We are near the US Tennis Association main campus and they have a lot of dead tennis balls. So I bought these baskets, attached them to the fences at each of the dog parks, and my USTA friends keep them filled with dead tennis balls for the neighborhood dogs to enjoy. A few months later we bought a new freezer. Our previous freezer had pull out baskets which made storing packaged meats, veggies etc easier. Unfortunately, our new freezer only had shelves. We bought these baskets again to keep our freezer organized and they work GREAT. We are excited about these baskets and I expect to continue to find new uses for them.
