Review on 🖱️ Glorious Model O Gaming Mouse: Sleek Glossy White Design for Ultimate Gaming Performance (GO-GWHITE) by Ben Jacobson

Bought this mouse about 6 months ago and when it works its great. The problem I'm having now and based on my web searches for a few people is that it disconnects from windows and windows throws usb error. When I contacted Glorious and contacted support (which I still do) I sent a video of the problem and all requested information which I received after 5 emails to determine how to get a warranty on this product through Glorious . Unless you're buying a product through Glorious, they're of little help in terms of a manufacturer's warranty. Or have not given me this information so far, at least after 3 requests. I think I will continue to work with my Glorious Salad customer service representative.
