I love good flashlights but am easily let down by cheap ones that fall apart at times. THAT'S WHAT I WANTED! They're sturdy and not only does the on/off button not fall off, it's easy to find at night and works without flickering or dropping. When you turn it on, it lights up and stays on. (What a concept!) NOW, the most brilliant feature of this light is that you don't have to toggle between all of its settings to turn it off, and shooting yourself in the eye in the process. Just hold the button down for a few seconds and it will turn off the same way it turned on. (God bless especially those who choose to add this feature!) WARNING: I'm sure you've read in other reviews that there is a small circular battery protector between the battery and the rear contact that needs to be unscrewed to remove base before it works or charges. Keep that in mind when your flashlight arrives so you don't have to go through that "WTF?" The moment it doesn't work is when you first get it. (Yes, I admit I forgot.)
