I have had 2 brown silk epils for many years. I wasn't looking for a new epilator but saw this one with two heads and decided to give it a try! I have to say I love it. I'll say I'm worse off bypassing my knees, so I'll leave my old Brauns for that. I like 2 heads, I feel like they are getting a lot more hair and my legs seem smoother. I love that it has a light to help you see fine hair and stubble. I love that it has 3 speeds, I use the maximum speed as I've been using epilators for many years, but for a beginner this feature would be awesome. The rotating head, which always keeps the epilator at the right angle on the skin, is great. I got my knee pretty good. I didn't read the instructions first (my fault) and they recommend not using the epilator around the knees, so I just use my old epilator there. I love that it's wireless, a great feature so I'm not tied to the bathroom wall. I'm totally happy I decided to try this one! Can't comment on durability or battery life yet as this is a recent purchase, I've had it for about a month and have used it twice.
