Review on Bosca Leather Collection Cognac Continental Wallet by Doug Hook

03/03/19 Edit: Below is my first review and I have given the wallet 2 stars. After writing the review I emailed Bosca customer service explaining the wear and tear and condition of the wallet as described in my review. They answered me quickly and said they would send me a new wallet. Arrived in about 6 days. So 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars overall considering the initial issues. Let's hope this one lasts much longer. The bottom line is that when it comes to products, something really does go wrong, it's all about how the company handles it when it handles it, and Bosca excels at that. Initial Review: I'm writing this review after owning and using the wallet for a little over three years. . I don't use it every day as I work from home and use the money clip a lot. However, it was used fairly consistently. Overall the wallet is really good and looks great on the outside. The equipment with card slots, an ID card and two separate money compartments is also good. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the inner lining. I have included two photos showing the fabric torn and separated from the inside of the back and the lining between the card slots and money slot. Basically it fell apart internally. It started at least a year and a half ago and just kept getting worse. So he lasted about 18 months. I think that's pretty bad for a high quality wallet. I think I'll go back to my 20 cent money clip that never seems to wear out. Edit: I contacted Bosca customer service to inquire about a warranty repair. They have a solid warranty policy on their website, so we'll see how the next step goes. I still think the wallet shouldn't have failed but if they fix it I'll update my review.
