Only 2 of my 4 cats (16 to 22 lbs) use it. I suspect because my 2 large cats do not fit comfortably. Watch an assembly video online - the diagrams in the box are confusing. Although a screwdriver is included, the screws go in very hard and the cheap screwdriver hurts your hand. I had to get another screwdriver. Also the "seesaw" is useless as my cats couldn't seem to get on it without tipping it to the side. I had to stretch out the little legs to stabilize it like a hammock.
